Uncle Wiley, I heard about the passing of this amazing man. This guy stay on 9th AVENUE making sure the kids WAS in a save environment. If he thought the block was not save her knock on door and rung me bell. Our kids and block stayed clean because of this one man.( Good days or bad days he always showed respect and love. Uncle Wiley you will be missed by your community .
