David Ezra Mack was born on February 19, 2008. He is survived by his grandmother Fai Mack, grandfather Crawford Mack, Father Darius Mack (Carmen Mack), and siblings Amber, Elijah, Brandy, and Ciara who proceeded him in death. Along with aunts and uncles Ayana Riley (Antione), Radiah Allen (Wesley), and Deanna Mack (Yohance Naeem). A host of cousins Shomari, Takiyah, Hassan, Derrick, Imani, Keenan, Emmanuel, Joanna, Emily who proceeded him in death, Orean, Olivia and host of other relatives and friends. David’s 12 years of life with us was sadly taken way too soon. During his time on earth he enjoyed video games, YouTube challenges, working with computers and playing with his cousins. You could always expect to be challenged in a game of Fortnite or some new dance craze. He had his way in letting you know who the champ was, and never conceded defeat. He got his love of games from his father Darius and Brother Elijah, and spent hours online playing with one another. You could always find him yelling at the TV causing a ruckus throughout the house. On these days his sister Amber would be one of the only ones to calm him down, and often ended with the telling of some joke. He was the ultimate jokester and had a quick comeback for any situation. David loved spending time with his family, especially his grandmother. Whether it was sitting in the living room watching the news, or simply riding along with her to the store. You would often find him no more than ten feet away from her giving her one of his signature bears hugs. Not one day went by that he did not tell his Grandma how much he loved her. They had a bond like no other, and it showed when they came together each Sunday to watch their Kansas City Chiefs. He loved his family and was always excited to visit them. On the days, his grandfather would come over to work on things around the house there was David, grandad’s special helper. Whether it was working on the cars or setting up a new stove for the house David was always there to lend a helping hand. Holidays, birthdays, and Superbowl parties were some of his favorite family times to gather and share. Coming together as a family made David happiest, although not here with us physically, he will remain with all of us in our hearts and spirits.
