William "Billy" Thomas Harris, III, 69, of Richmond, departed this life February 15, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, William T. Harris, Jr. and Charlotte J. Harris. Surviving are his wife, Sandra A. Harris; two daughters, Amy C. Harris and Shani Harris-Taylor (George); two sons, William T. Harris, IV and Hannibal L. Harris (Kheli); three grandchildren; Kierra, Nathan and Alena; two brothers, Eric Harris (Beverly) and Derek Harris (Katina); aunt, Shirley Harris; brother-in-law, Walter Ford; sister-in-laws, Sheila Brown and Sylvia Williams (Jimmy); nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Monday, February 22 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. A private funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Scott's Chapel 116 E.
