Obituary For Felicia Trulette Barnes

Felicia Trulette Barnes,51, of New Bern died Sunday, February 14, 2021 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Walk through viewing hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday at Oscar's Mortuary.

Her service is 2:00 PM, Monday, February 22, 2021 at Without Limits Christian Center 102 Washington Post Rd. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Benjamin of the home; four sons, Raquan Benjamin, Jacksonville, NC, Ahmaad Benjamin and Jaheim Benjamin both of New Bern, Anthony Hill, VA; three daughters, Antoneia Benjamin, Eboni Benjamin, Shakela Benjamin Cuthbertson, Jacksonville, NC; her mother, Etta Marie Mills, New Bern; sisters, three sisters, Rhonda Mills, Raleigh, NC, Netashia Moore, West VA and Josie Cox, Greenville, NC; two brothers, Donavon Barnes, Charlotte, NC and Bradley Mills, Raleigh, NC; thirteen grandchildren.

Masks are required. Covid Regulations will be enforced.

My sincerest condolences to the Barnes, Benjamin and Mills families on the loss of my friend classmate Felicia she was a very sweet caring lady who never lost her faith in the almighty Lord! She will be sorely missed by all who knew her and she most certainly will never be forgotten I am truly at a loss for words right now but I know that God gain an angel and he will take care of everything else my thoughts and prayers are with you all and may Our GOD give you comfort in the coming days and months long thereafter. Family I'm so sorry for the loss of your precious Lisa. I first came in contact with her at the WIC office. I fell in love with her sweet spirit and the strength she showed raising those babies.
