I don't know where to begin in terms of memories because I have a FEW I could share. Mrs. Howard would come to the school and all the sudden everyone's pants were pulled up and everyone was acting on their best behavior. When Yuri and I first started dating she really made him treat me like a lady, she really did a wonderful job! Spaghetti dinner at our house! Moving back to CA was made even tougher when she called me and told me how much she loved me. There is a void Willa Howard size no one can fill in all of us today. See you later Mrs. Howard. I will definitely miss my sister. We have been friends for 46 years. She was my rock!! Just a lovely person, in an out. I know she is Happy in the arms of God. REST SIS.🥰😥
