Graveside service for Mary Peoples, 67, of Riverdale, GA, formerly of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 19, 2021, at Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 11367 Red Road, Auburn, AL 36830, Overseer Calvin Daniel and Minister Leroy Grant, Eulogist.

Ms. Peoples, who passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 in LaGrange, Georgia, was born June 26, 1953 in Macon County, Alabama.

She leaves to cherish her memories: close friend, Samuel Griffin of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Minister Andrew Peoples of Phenix City, AL; five sisters, Yvonne Jointer of Lexington, KY; Vivian (Zackary) Henderson of Salem, AL, Bernice Stinson, Patricia Gilmore both of Auburn, AL and Diane (Eddie) Gauntt of Montgomery, AL; two aunts, Margaret Johnson of Opelika, AL and Geraldine Brown of Auburn, AL; cousin, Lillie L. Bailey of Auburn, AL; god-father, Minister Leroy (Arica) Grant of Atlanta, GA; friends, Sarah Barber of Corpus Christi, TX, Earnestine Butts, Denise Foster, Marston, Alice, Lashonda and Pam Cater all of Atlanta, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
