Obituary For Carlos Roan Green

Carlos Roan Green was born April 2, 1970 to Marvaneen Davis and the late Charles Roan Green of Detroit, MI. He was loved immensely by his bonus father Charles Lamar Davis.

He departed this life on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at East Alabama Hospital in Valley, AL. At a young age, Carlos was very smart, gifted and talented. He was a 1990 graduate of Jordan Vocational High School in Columbus, GA. He left to pursue a new life in Detroit, MI where he found a passion in leadership and took a job working at Korex Chemicals Plant in Wixom, MI. Many years later Mr. Green returned to Columbus, GA, where he found his second love in construction. Carlos worked for his uncle, Leon Davison at Davison Drywall as a Drywall/Finisher.

Mr. Green was a very caring, loving, outgoing and giving person who met no strangers.

He leaves to cherish his memories a very loving and devoted mother: Marvaneen Davis of Cataula, GA; a son and best friend: D'Jay Wilcher of Birmingham, AL; a loving brother: Eldrich (Alecia)Davis of Cataula, GA; three aunts: Mary Cook of Detroit, MI; Martha Turbo of Hazel Crest, IL; and Leah Meal of Cataula, GA; three uncles: Leon (Annette) Davison of Cataula, GA; George Davison of Atlanta, GA; and Norman Davison of Atlanta, GA; six nephews: DeKarius, Eldrich Jr., Jordan, Makenzey, Tyler,and Riley; and one special niece who was like a daughter Ayana; and a host of relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
