Sinclair Brown N. Charleston - Mr. Sinclair "Curly" Brown passed away on Feb. 8, 2021. He was the father of Daquania Brown, Precious Rouse and the late Desiree Rouse, sibling of Belinda Ann Brown and Anthony Thomas Brown. Family and friends are invited to attend a walk through on Fri, Feb 19, 2021 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Sat, Feb 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the chapel.
