Calvin Gibbons, 62, of Virginia, formerly of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Feb. 12, 2021. Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Fri., Feb. 26, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home. Services will be held 1:30pm on Sat., Feb. 27, 2021 at Light of the World International Church. Burial will be held 10:30am on Mon. Mar. 1, 2021 at Sarasota National Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Maria Gibbons; daughters, Christina Gibbons Hayes, Coyetta Gibbons, Ajoi Gibbons, and Cala Kelly; step daughter, Taqueina Waters; 9 grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Benson, Darlene Gray, Louise Gibbons, Marcia Gibbons, and Faye Turner; brother, Carvin Gibbons; step brother, Michael Graham; step mother, Maddie Gibbons; mother-in-law, Jeanette Austin
