Obituary For Mrs. Annie Ruth Pringle

Annie Ruth Pringle born to the parentage of the late S.T. Kendall and the late Alice Traylor Kendall. She received her education in the Upson County public school system. Small but tough, Annie Ruth was petite by comparison to the rest of her siblings. At an early age she proved herself capable of achieving anything the could. She worked hard in orchards and on farms. She advanced her employment experience at Thomaston Textile Mills. Entrepreneur minded, she ventured into becoming a well know Avon representative in the Thomaston area. She also become a representative for Noni Juice sales. Bursting with creativity and innovation, she engaged in other brief initiatives. Annie Ruth retired from Martha Mills. A devout lifetime member of Logtown Bethel Annie Ruth’s service record includes (but not limited to) usher board, choir, Sunday School teacher and kitchen committee. She loved to praise God. Her singing was her praise! She was wed to Willie “Duke” Pringle (deceased) at an early age, Annie Ruth loved large family gatherings. She shared many family memories and laughs, She raised two daughters; Mary “Niecie” & Toni “Shirley and became a proud grandma to Paige and Jameel. She was also known as the adventurous aunt. She was always willing to try different things (foods and places). She found value in everything (everything could be used and repurposed). She loved all beautiful things in life, especially flowers. She inspired those around her to live life to its fullest. On Tuesday, February 16,2021 the Lord called her name. She answered and went home to be at rest. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Sallie Mae Kendall, Dora Williams and Savannah Napier; 8 brothers, Milton Kendall, Dave Kendall, Lucious Kendall, Joe Albert Kendall, Elderson Kendall, Raymond Kendall, James Dawson and Joe Nathan Dawson Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory 2 daughters, Mary Denise Kendall of Thomaston,GA, Toni Searcy of Atlanta, GA, 2 sisters, Lena Murchison of Atlanta, GA, and Mildred Jordan of Thomaston, GA; 1 brother, Curtis Dawson of Thomaston, GA; 3 Sisters-in-law, Mattie Carrie Kendall of Dayton Ohio, Constance Dawson of Thomaston, GA., and Ann Pringle Mann of Thomaston, GA. 2 grandchildren; Rita Paige (Terico) Harper of Atlanta,GA and Jameeel Kendall of Thomaston, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly. Graveside Service were held Saturday, February 20, 2021 12:00 P.M. Kendall Cemetery
