Obituary For Mr. Willie Sparks Jr.

Mr. Willie Sparks, Jr., more affectionately know as “Tata”, was born May 10, 1953 to the late Mrs. Marie Jordan Sparks and the late Mr. Junior Sparks in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia. He was educated in the public schools of Upson County and attended Drake High School. After high school, he went to work at the Yahoo Milk Company in Thomaston. He later was employed by the R C Company. He was a dedicated employee to both companies. He attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed cooking, eating, watching sports, especially football, and spending time with his family during his leisure time. He was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings; Arthur Lee Dennis, Sylvester Dennis, Robert Lee Sparks, Celia Mae Dennis, Curtis Sparks, and Marilyn Dennis. On Friday, February 19, 2021, the Lord called his name. He answered and went home to rest. He is now free from all sickness, pain, and sorrow of this world. His departure saddened the hearts of his family, but his memory will live on forever. He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters, Mrs. Diane (Randolph) Dallas and Mrs. Patricia Ann (Harry Lee) Drake both of Thomaston, GA; two brothers, Mr. Braddy (Aletha) Dennis of Atlanta, GA and Mr. James Albert Sparks of Thomaston, GA; One niece, Jasmine Dennis of Atlanta, GA; six nephews, Tyrone Dennis of Thomaston, GA, Raymond Dennis of Barnesville, GA, Damarcus Dennis , Brad Dennis, Joshua Dennis all of Atlanta, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
