Obituary For Rodney Jones

Celebration of Life service for Mr. Rodney "Boochie" Jones, 45, Gadsden, is at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Prestige Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Mario McDaniel officiating. Interment will follow in Lincoln Hill Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his children, daughters, Melanie Roberson, Alexis Jones and Destiny Jones of Gadsden and sons, Kenny Williams, Malik Perry and Devontae Mathis of Gadsden; mother, Ms. Annie Payne; sisters, Melinda Payne, Latangela Payne, Vanessa (Jeffery) Miller, Janet Rutledge, Fabre Rutledge, Debra Rutledge and Veronica Rutledge, all of Gadsden; brothers, Deroyal Jones and John Rutledge both of Gadsden; aunts, Rita Jones, Carolyn (Lawrence) Chatman and Cora (George) Underwood, all of Gadsden; uncle, Willie C. (Sharon) Jones of Stone Mountain, Georgia. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral.
