I am beyond hurt and devastated , after just finding out just now that Stacy passed. I share in some of your comments , I talked with her at weird hours of the morning and I never minded because she was so grief stricken of the passing of her Beloved Mother. I have been calling her number for months and months and finally googled her to see if she had indeed passed away, and when I saw her obituary my God , I am crushed ! I do believe and have faith, I did not realize she was even Ill. My heart goes out to Stacy's siblings and relatives , she spoke about her siblings a lot ! I love Stacy and will always think of her as a precious jewel who left too soon for me to say Farewell! God Bless you all! Kai Bond

I met Stacy when I 1st moved to Georgia 1996. She became (hair) Client on and off for many years. I enjoy going to book signings grand opening parties she always knew the best restaurants. If you were close to her would she didn't care what time she called you in the middle of the night if she wanted to talk. I'm gonna miss those middle of the night Conversations. Who am I didn't hear from her anymore and I know something had to happen to Stacy she would always call me back. After months and months leave a messages text messages ask her to please please call me. My heart is torn apart I will miss my client/friend. Memories are forever.

It was so heartbreaking to learn today 4/11/21 that my friend of over 30+ years has transitioned to be with her mom. She was a dorm hallmate during our days at UWG, a bridesmaid in my wedding in 1990 and shared conversations of our divine 9 (DST/AKA) kinship/sisterhood. We spoke many times weekly sometimes multiple times daily throughout the years about life experiences. Never lost touch. After 2 months of trying to reach her after our last conversation in Jan/Feb 2021 timeframe during her illness, I called the funeral home from her mom's passing (2017) in Fitzgerald and to my dismay learned this very sad news. I am sad that I did not get to say a proper 'goodbye'. She will be terribly missed. -- Diane Camp Farris
