Obituary For Clifton Hadley

Clifton Felix Hadley August 16, 1939 - March 3, 2021

Macon, Georgia

Clifton Felix Hadley was born in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his B.S. and Masters' degree in Music Education from Tennessee State University.

After being discharged from the Army in 1965, he moved to Macon, Georgia and began his teaching career. He taught elementary band in the Bibb County School System for 30 years and retired from teaching in 1995.

He married Carol T. Martin of Macon, GA and two daughters were born to this union. Mr. Hadley was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and he was an active member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, the Usher Board and Men's Club.

Mr. Hadley is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Carol Martin Hadley; daughters; Nicole Hadley and Niche' Hadley; sister, Anne Allison of Nashville, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews.
