Mr. Roy Kenneth Glenn, Sr., 89, passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. He was the son of the late Mr. Luther Glenn and Mrs. Inez Legg Glenn. Mr. Glenn was the loving husband of the late Mrs. Helen Mattie Benson Glenn.

Roy was a faithful member of the Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Mr. Glenn was a retiree of Reeves Brothers in Fairforest, SC.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his daughters, Lois Glenn of Spartanburg, SC and Shirley Cohen of Moore, SC; his son, Joseph Donnell Glenn of Conway, SC; his grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; his four extended and special family members,Rita T. Means, Joyce Means, Verbina Creamer, Kitty Tracy and Blondell Nesbitt; his dear friend, Joyce Smith and; a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Frances E. Richardson and one son, Roy Kenneth Glenn, Jr.

Service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church, 1552 Switzer Green Pond Road, Woodruff, South Carolina. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
