Mr. Isaac Chos Reyes, 18, resident of Durham, NC passed on March 13, 2021 at UNC Memorial Hospital.

There will be a public viewing on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 1:00-5:00.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:30 in the chapel of American Cremation & Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.

There is a maximum of 75 people allowed for the service (Family, clergy, program participants, funeral home staff included).

Masks and social distancing practices mandated.
