Mr. Alexander Douglas was born on March 6, 1951 in Edgecombe/ Nash County, NC to the late Willie Fred Douglas and Lille Mae Douglas. He departed this life on March 16, 2021. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Mary Scott Douglas, one son, Demetruis Alexander Douglas; brothers, Willie Fred, Jr., Bobby Earl and Melvin Douglas.

Alexander (Kill) grew up in Rocky Mount, NC later moving to Washington, DC later moving to Washington, DC. In May of 1995 he moved to High Point, NC where he worked as a supervisor at Genco for several years.

The United House of Prayer for All People is where he attended services.

He is survived by his wife, Alina K. Douglas of High Point, NC; his children, Nikkie Douglas Robinson (Reginald), Calvin Douglas (Deborah), Lawrence King, Janice K. Hairston (Alando), Anita Burrows, Shameka Price, Kelvina Hawkins, Jamilia Hawkins, Tyrone Burrows and Demetruis Young; his siblings, Alfred (Joe) Douglas( Jo-Ann), Dale Douglas, Andrew Douglas, Tracy Douglas, David Douglas, Stephen Douglas, Cathy Norman, Teresa Brown and Jackie Marshall; one sister-in-law, Bernice Davis; one brother-in-law, Issac King (Betty); and close family friend, Arlene Burrows; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

A private funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at United House of Prayer, 102 Hoskins St. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
