Funeral services for Opal Kelly Smith, 87, of Winston-Salem NC, formerly of Ehrhardt, SC will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Allendale Community Funeral Home with Reverend Bernice Graves officiating. Burial will follow in Savannah Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Ehrhardt, SC.

She passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Mountain Valley Hospice

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
