Mr. Howard Lee Harris 65, of Atlanta, Georgia departed this life Thursday March 18, 2021. A private family graveside service will be held Saturday March 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Wallace Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 1070 Wallace Grove Road, Rutledge, Georgia.
