I will always remember my Big cousin, JOE LACEY. He taught my brother Frank Shelby, Jr (Binky) how to play football. They shared their love of football, family and FOOD. Aunt Hettie was a great cook and Joe and Binky certainly appreciated that. Joe always made me laugh. He teased me each and every time he saw me. He will be missed.
