Milton Levon Howard,64, of the James City Community of New Bern died Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at his residence.

His service 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Meadows Cemetery Brown Drive, New Bern.

He is survived by his daughter, Jasmine Jarvis, New Bern; three brothers, Thomas Howard, New Bern, Curtis Lee Howard, Vancouver, WA and Donald Howard, New Bern; two sisters, Ronella McClease, New Bern and Janice Onoh, Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren.
