Obituary For Steven D. Seawell

Steven Douglas Seawell was born on Sept 13th 1963 and departed on March 22nd 2021. He was born the child of Ages Carl Seawell and Patricia Ellen Seawell (both Deceased). The second of four children, he was named after his late grandfather Douglas"Fairbanks”Mcclain. At an early age Steven exhibited a love for comics and took up drawing displaying excellent talent. Steven was a graduate of Garner Senior High School, class of 81. After graduation, Steven joined the United States Army, performing basic training at Fort Jackson South Carolina and serving his nation overseas in Germany and stateside at Fort Knox Kentucky. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Steven continued to serve in the National Guard for many years. He was a very good fisherman and had a love for basketball and other sports. Though Steven never married, he loved his nieces and nephews. By always giving them support and good advice. Gregarious in nature, Steven was a friendly guy and never met a stranger, just a new friend. He had a love for Star Trek and Karate movies and cherished his video games. Among his favorite sayings was "Live, Long and Prosper". Steven leaves behind three brothers, Barry Seawell of Raleigh NC, Mark Seawell of Ogden Utah (Lutgart) and Adrain Seawell of Garner NC (LaShaun) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

You will be able to come by the funeral home to sign the register book between the hours of 5:00 - 6:00 pm Friday, April 9, 2021 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Memorial Service for the family will be held 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
