Anthony Thornton, 55 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Saturday, July 31, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of Edward Thornton and the late Evelyn Houston Thornton. He was the husband of Nikita Davis Thornton. Also surviving are son, Anthony Thornton, II, daughters, Evelyn Thornton and Aszland Thornton, brothers, Everett Thornton and Edward Thornton, sister, Yolanda Thornton.
