I would pick Marcus up every weekday morning and drive him from the bus stop to his work. We would mostly talk about the latest sports. But he would also talk about his love for his family, and the events of his past which he regretted. He would also remind me every morning how he appreciated the friendship we gained together. And I always felt the same. He helped me grow as a person, and I will always appreciate our time together and what he did for me. I'm heartbroken. And truly sorry for his family's loss, as well as mine. May his family find comfort in knowing his peace. Michael Vinnik
