Heather received the gift of life on April 21, 1996, in Washington, Missouri to Angella Martin Taunton and Michael Foulks. She gained her wings on March 15, 2021 in Marianna, Florida at the tender age of 24.

She was educated in the public schools of Jackson County. After graduation, she worked in the child care industry.

Heather leaves cherished memories with her mother, Angella Taunton of Grand Ridge, Florida; her father, Michael Foulks of Pennsylvania; one daughter, Aubrey Green of Grand Ridge, Florida; one son, Kayson Foulks of Grand Ridge, Florida; three brothers, Michael Foulks of Reading, Pennsylvania, Zachary Obrian of North Dakota and Dillin Foulks of Panama City, Florida; special cousin, Alycia Martin; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Heather loved her children very much. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. She loved life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with her children. She had good plans for her and her children’s lives. She had a caring and genuine loved for everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her. Now, she’ll be walking side by side with her sister, Kristen Martin, who preceded her in death.

A celebration of Heather’s life will be held Saturday, March 27th at 2p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tyler Ford officiating. Interment will follow in the Compass Lake Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
