Douglas Samuel McCray Sr.

Douglas Samuel McCray Sr., age 71, passed away March 21, 2021 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. Doug was born December 28, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio. He worked for Y-12 in Oak Ridge for over 30 years. Doug was preceded in death by his parents Douglas L. McCray and Ernestine McCray; and former spouse, Patricia (Senter) McCray. He is survived by his children, Douglas S. McCray II and wife, Socorro, Micheal McCray and wife, Chandra, Brian McCray, Tiffany (McCray) Hancock and husband, Clifton; grandchildren, Maia, Chyna, Vontez, Eden and Norah; and sister, Janet McCray. Graveside service will be held for immediate family only. Family will receive friends from 1-3pm Saturday at his home, 3509 Riverview Dr. in Knoxville TN. Unity Mortuary is honored to serve the McCray family
