Obituary For Mother Edna Mae Williams

~OBITUARY~

Mother Edna Mae Williams was born May 3, 1936 unto the late Alfred and Jessie Washington in Allendale County, South Carolina.

At an early age, she joined St. Luke Baptist Church. Her faith in God never wavered. She served faithfully until her health hindered her to do so.

Mother Williams attended the public schools of Allendale County.

She was employed with Colbert Plywood for numerous years.

She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the love of her life the late Charlie Williams, Jr. and this union was blessed with five children.

During her leisure time Mother Williams loved to plant flowers around her home. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition, to her husband and parents, Mother Williams will be greeted in her new heavenly home by (2) Sons: Zachary Williams and Stanley Williams; (1) Step-daughter: Helen Gillison; (4) Brothers: Mack Washington, Alfred Washington Jr., Elliott Washington, and Wilbert Washington.

Our beloved Mother Williams has gained her wings. On the morning of Tuesday, March 30, 2021, she departed this earthly life in the comfort of her home in Fairfax.

Mother Edna Williams will be forever remembered by her children, (2) Sons; Charlie (Diane) Williams III and Alfred (Gladys) Williams, both of Fairfax, South Carolina; (1) Daughter: Linda Williams of the home; (1) Step-daughter, Patricia Smith Allen, Fairfax, South Carolina; (11) Grandchildren; (18) Great-Grandchildren; (9) Great-Great Grandchildren. A host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and sympathizing friends.
