From Barbara Ann Jackson in Sierra Vista, Arizona (Rochelle GA Native) -- Our Dearest Sonny, we are so heartbroken! Last month Heaven gained a beautiful soul, a dear son of Rochelle, GA. You will be sorely missed and loved. You will be remembered as someone who always offered help to others without expecting payment. You spread love and joy around to everyone you met. You made us feel valued as friends and truly made friends feel your love for them. Your hugs were some of the bestest ever. Your wit and sarcasm were never cruel, but rather would bring a smile or laugh to a person even on their darkest day. Everyone that knew you loved you because you were just so genuinely kind, fun, and loving. You were the life of the party, a truly fun person, naturally extroverted and joy-filled. Although my heart is broken, I take comfort that you have joined your dear Blanche and your loved ones in Heaven, and that this is not the end of your life, but the beginning of a new chapter. You have reunited with your own loved ones long lost. You haven't left us (the ones who love you) for you will remain in our hearts and memories always. My dear beautiful friend and childhood neighbor, may you rest in splendor and joy in the arms of the Lord. I'm sure your joy will bring delight to our Heavenly Father, and your kindness will make even the angels smile. Dear friend, you will never be forgotten. Rest in Heaven, Sonny Boy.
