Obituary For Mr. Elvis McNeill

.Elvis Wayne McNeill gained his wings on Monday, March 29, 2021 at his residence in Lake View, South Carolina. Wayne as he was affectionately known to everyone was born on April 21, 1958 in Lake View, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Jeff and Anna Mae Kelly McNeill.

Wayne attended the public schools in Lake View, South Carolina. Later, in his life he moved to High Point, North Carolina where he was employed with Underwood Paving of High Point, North Carolina for many years until his health began to fail.

Wayne met and married Francis Thompson and they were married for seventeen years.

Preceding him in death along with his parents; his brothers: JR Liston, Billy Joe McNeil, James “Spunk” McNeil; his sisters: Ida Bell Edwards, Rachel Dawkins and Wanda Gail Brown.

Wayne leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories ~ his loving wife: Francis T. McNeill; three step-children: Betty Thompson, Terry Thompson both of Greenville, SC, Rusty Thompson of San Deigo, CA; one sister: Nina Faye McNeil of Lake View, SC; three sisters-n-law: Mary Louise McNeil of Lake View, SC, Katie Faye McNeil and Essie Bell McNeil both of High Point, NC; one brother-n-law: Johnny Brown of Lake View, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
