Charlie Proctor Sr. born January 20, 1932. Departed this life on March 30, 2021. He was the son of The late Willie C. Proctor and Laura Proctor. He leaves to cherish his wife Hattie Alberta Proctor of 65 years, 6 children Charlie Proctor Jr. (Carol), Gerald Proctor (Gwen), Renee Foster (Paul), Darryl Proctor (Amanda), Debbie Holcombe, and Elder Tracie Fowler (Elder Michael) and a host of relatives.

Charlie Proctor was the owner of Charlie Proctor and Sons Masonry for forty years. He was a faithful member of White Hall Independent Methodist Church.

A public viewing will be held Saturday April 3, 2021 at Ulysses D Miller Funeral Services from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 4, 2021 at 2:00pm at White Hall Independent Methodist Church.
