Obituary For Mr. Alexander (Al) Rouse, Jr.

Mr. Alexander (Al) Rouse, Jr. entered into rest on March 25, 2021 in New York, New York. He was born to the late Alexander Rouse, Sr. and Luerean Sims Rouse in Lincolnton, Georgia on May 23, 1949.

He was preceded in death by his brother Gregory Leon Rouse and a sister Carolyn Denise Rouse. In addition to his children, others left to cherish his memories include his grandchildren— Cade and Jace Rouse of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters Jo Pearl Rouse and Arbernice Rouse, Augusta, Georgia, Yvette Wilkinson, Washington, Georgia; brothers Myron Anthony Rouse and Racy Freeman, Augusta, Georgia, and Haroldean Harris, Lincolnton, Georgia. Others who will cherish his memory include aunts Mamie Jo Jones, Lincolnton, Georgia, Annie Ruth Norman, Bessie Lee Peoples, Ann Rouse and Sandra Rouse, Augusta, Georgia; uncles Floyd (Pearl) Sims, Chicago Illinois, Willie James (Lucille) Sims, Lincolnton, Georgia, Jesse Lee Sims, Savannah, Georgia; devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and many cherished friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021, 1:00 PM at Hicks Plantation Park, 2094 Hicks Plantation Road, (Elberton Hwy. Mile Marker 10) Lincolnton, Georgia.
