I am so sorry to find out about the loss of Billy so late. I will miss him. He was always kind to me, and I always knew him to be positive about things. I loved him like a brother. Once, in high school, he was going to scare a boy for me because he didn't want me to be messed with. Truly a sad thing for him to be gone so young.
