Mr. Derrick Baker, Jr., 34, AKA DB and Uncle Pig transitioned this life on Sunday at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Eastview Cemetery in Nashville, Ga. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Southview Mortuary in Adel, Ga. A repast will conclude at Love and Kindness Fellowship Ministries, in Nashville.
