Tonquise "TQ" Evans, 40, of Richmond, died April 5, 2021. Surviving are her husband, Adam B. Evans; four children, Jabari, Blaize, Ace and Rain; parents, Silis and Corjual Jabari; sister, Nia J. Williams (George); mother-in-law, Sharon Mingo (William); father-in-law, Bruce Evans (Valetta); 3 uncles; 5 aunts; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
