Mr. Robert L. "Plug" Ross, of Chattanooga, TN, a native of New Bern died March 27, 2021.

His memorial service is 4:30 PM Wednesday April 7, 2021 at the Gazebo in Union Point Park 210 E Front St. New Bern.

He is survived by, his loving mother, Eugenia Ross of Cary, NC; brother, William Leon Martin of Cary, NC; foster sister, Hattie Mae Midgette of New Bern, NC; sons, Mitchell P. Ross Sr. of Severn Maryland, Reginald L. Ross Sr. of New Bern, NC and Terence L. Ross, Raleigh, NC; daughters Angie Pender Foster of Dallas, TX and Cherylene Carr of Brooklyn, NY; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
