You adopted me after the passing of my mother in 1993 but you played the role of my mother way before then. Lisa, Rev. Johnson and Ms. Robin only know the awesome times we had at your (their) home that can't be substituted with several pounds of gold. My heart is forever broken. But mended because I know the life you lived before our God. We see the magnitude of your impact by the love that's being shown to your family. But it'll never replace the smile and calm demeanor you display in real life. You helped shape me. You said you were proud of me. You knew I would go off at the drop of a dime but you said things to me in the past to help me maintain order in my life knowing there were a bigger picture. In closing.
