Jay, we met in High school band. I was so impressed with your enthusiasm of music. You helped me and others in our class to be our best and play our best. Our school band had a special bond up until the present. You bought so much joy and laughter to all. When word was spread that "Jay is coming to town"(Baltimore), it was like an awesome Forest Park reunion. You will be truly missed by many.
