Roy L. Anthony, 58, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 31,2021. Mr. Roy L. Anthony was born on March 20, 1963, in Lancaster, SC. Roy was the son of Ella M. Anthony and the late Levon Anthony. He was married to Loma Rushing Anthony. Roy was a member of Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Roy was educated in the Lancaster County School System. He was a 1982 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.

Roy was employed by Conbraco Industries.

Roy leaves to cherish fond memories his wife Loma Anthony; one daughter, Louturia Stradford of Rock Hill SC; one son, Marquis Brace of Buffalo, NY; his mother, Ella M. Anthony of Heath Springs, SC; three stepdaughters, Sherica (Dehi) Price, Nikithia Rushing, and Caprisha (Lamont) Walls all of Lancaster, SC; one stepson, Jonathan (Takia) Rushing of Marshville, NC; one sister Carolyn Anthony of Lancaster SC; five aunts Daisy Anthony of Kershaw SC, Shelby (Herbert) Haggins of Heath Springs SC, Annie Watkins of Lancaster SC, Della Kelly, and Hattie (Willie) Haggins of Buffalo NY; one uncle, Columbus Moore of Buffalo, NY; four grandchildren and ten step grandchildren; one great step grandchild.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Reverend Dr. James L. Coleman, Jr. Viewing will be 3:00 p.m.– 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 at Stewart Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be at Stewart Funeral Home if inclement weather prevails.
