Georgia M. Hector Johnson departed this life to be with the Lord on April 1, 2021.

She was born on April 24, 1935 in Athens, Georgia to the late George and Rosa Hector. She relocated to Lansing, Michigan in 1966.

She is survived by her step-sons: Fred (Joyce) Johnson, and William Johnson, Jr., brother, William (Jean) Hector, and sisters: Lillian Foster, Cordelia Laster, Josie Williams, Julia Handy, Bessie (Clif) Freeman, and Pastor Sarah Johnson, Aunt, Clara Hector; a host of loving step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Home going service will be held at the Ellis Tabernacle Original Church of God, 1916 Olds Avenue, Lansing, MI on April 10th - Service time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in honor of Georgia Johnson to the Ellis Tabernacle Sunday School, 1916 Olds Avenue, Lansing, Michigan 48915.
