Mr. Crosby Alexander Brown, was born on August 18, 1951, in Fayetteville, NC to the late Clyde, Sr. and TeEster Brown.

At the early age, Crosby was baptized at Haymount Presbyterian Church and learned the teachings of Christianity. He was educated in Fayetteville, NC and graduated from E.E. Smith High School in 1969. He received his BS degree at North Carolina State University in 1973, in Texile Technology, where he joined the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He received his MBA in Business Administration from the Universiry of Dayton, in 1976, then commissioned in the United States Air Force, as a lieutenant and was hororably discharged in 1983 as Captain Brown.

Crosby career and accomplishmenst made his parents and family extremely proud, from account executive to vice president of AT&T Capital Corporation to then follow his dream of entrepreneurship. In 2017, he retired to enjoy his hobbies of pinochle, bid whist, playing the base guitar and his collection of trains. He looked forward to teaching his granddaughter about his family and cultural history, so that she would be rich in knowledge and confidence as she grew up in today’s world.

He was preceded death by his parents Clyde and TeEster Brown, Sr. and his brother Clyde Brown Jr.

Crosby leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife and best friend of over 20 years, Gigi Francine; a loyal son, Hamilton Alexander; a beloved granddaughter, Bailee Alexandria; a sister, Ayoka Lanloke (Annette Brown); four sister-in laws, Linda Brown, Phyllis Brown, Collette Boardley (David), and Yolanda (Gary) Josey, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and many of friends. One thing for sure: Crosby lived life and was not afraid to follow his dreams!
