Obituary For Mr. Albert Ralph Wynn Jr

Albert Ralph Wynn Jr.

Tallahassee - On April 10, 2021 the angel of the lord called his faithful servant Albert Ralph Wynn, Jr home to rest. Albert was born on October 23, 1948 to the late Albert Ralph Wynn, Sr. and Madeline Jones Wynn.

At an early age Albert accepted the Lord's hand and was Baptist joining Bethel A. M. E. Church where he served as a faithful member until death. He received his early education at Lincoln High School (old) and higher education from Florida A & M University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts. Following the footsteps of his parents, he taught for many years beginning at Leon High School and retiring at Lincoln High School (new). Albert enjoyed seeing students learn and began his second career and joined the Leon Advocacy and Resource Center (LARC) as a job development coach that lasted for 18 years. Albert was a wonderful husband, and loving father, grandfather, a son, brother and well respected by all that knew him. He was an inspiration to the students he taught and worked hard to help others reach their desired goals.

Guest Book

It would have been around 1982-1983 when, as a shy and somewhat introverted transfer high school student, I arrived in Mr. Wynn's drafting class at Lincoln High. He was a patient, committed, and kind soul whose impact on my life can't be overstated. His guidance helped lead me to a career in Architecture and gave me the confidence to keep growing. May his loving memory bless and comfort his family and may the knowledge of his impact on so many people make them proud. God bless. Leo Temko
