Obituary For Stanley "Smitty" Eugene Smith

Stanley E. Smith, 51, of Walnut- Cove, NC died April 12, 2021. A public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 at Perry- Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Fairview Cemetery, Walnut Cove, NC. Livestream will be available at www.perryspencerfuneralhome.com.

Stanley gained his wings on Monday, April 12, 2021. Stan was born to Ada Evonne Linster on May 14, 1969. He was and has always been the life of the party, even until his last heartbeat. Smitty was a member of New London Progressive Primitive Baptist Church, Walnut Cove, NC. Stan graduated from South Stokes High School. He was a veteran of the United States marines Corps. He served several tours during Desert Storm.

He leaves to cherish his memories: parents: Willie and Ada Linster of Walnut Cove, NC, daughter; Kyra Smith of Colfax, NC, sons; Dasian and Dezjerian Leeper of Walnut Cove, NC, several other children, sisters; April Miller (Darrell) of Lewisville, NC, Stacey Linster of Winston Salem, NC, Joanne Crite (Ralph) of Brown Summit, NC, brothers; Willie Linster, III (Jaki) of Portsmouth RI, Sterling Hairston of Walnut Cove, NC, nieces; Shuntailya Graves, Jasmine Miller, Nickaela Hatcher, Michele Hatcher, Mekayla Linster, Brooklyn Linster, Jakada Harris, great nephews; King Martin, Joisah Hatcher, great nieces; Jayda Spencer and Journi Monroe, aunst; Marsha Smith, Lila Smith, Sudie Brown (Tony), Dorothy Linster, Gloria Minor, Carolyn Daniels (Taylor), Stephanie Hatcher (Paul), uncles; Curtis Smith, Dean Smith, Don Smith, Herman Linster, Thurman Linster, Andrew Linster (Kimberly), best friends; Raleigh Joyce, Wesley Duncan, Brian webster, Gary Pinder, honorary cousins; Grayland Kirkland and Trent Gibson , a host of very special cousins and friends.
