Obituary For Bernice Williams

January 4, 1929 - April 9, 2021

Macon, Georgia - Services for Mrs. Bernice Flowers Williams will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with Burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. A Viewing will be held on Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hutchings Funeral Home. Social distancing will be observed and masks are required. Bernice was employed as an Educator for over 39 years. She retired as a Lead Home Economics Teacher from Northeast High School in 1995.

Survivors: one daughter, Saketha (Ronald) Allen; three sons; Marion (Audrey) Williams, Larion (Lynne) Williams, and Cornelius Jr., (Stephanie) Williams; eight grandchildren; Jernice (Keith); Corneliuca; Lamarr Jr.; Chelsea; Quinterious (Kelly); Michael; Lauren; and Cornelius III. Other family members include six great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law; Earnestine Hudson, Carolyn Williams, Ossie Williams; brother-in-law, Marion Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and treasured friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in honor of Mrs. Bernice Flowers Williams (Church address: 2789 Millerfield Road, Macon, GA 31217).
