Mrs. Janice Smith Lewis 70 passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Navicent Health and Medical Center Macon, Georgia.

Visitation will be Monday 4pm to 6pm at Family Memorial Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be 11am Tuesday, April 20, 2021 in the Murphy Chapel Cemetery 2260 Loring Road in Camden.
