Obituary For Fletcher Williams, Jr.

~OBITUARY~

Fletcher Williams, Jr. was born October 8, 1954, to his proud parents, Blanche Williams and the late Deacon Fletcher Williams, Sr., in Hampton County, South Carolina.

At an early age, he joined Second Baptist Church, Brunson, South Carolina.

Fletcher was educated in the public schools of Hampton County, graduating with Wade Hampton High School, class of 1972.

After graduating, from Wade Hampton High School, Fletcher enlisted in the United States Army (National Guard), and he served his country on active duty until 1975, when he received an Honorable Discharge.

Anyone who knew Fletcher knew he loved his family, and he held them close to his heart.

On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, he quietly moved into his great adventure at his residence in Brunson, South Carolina.

Fletcher will truly be missed by his loving mother: Mrs. Blanche Williams, of the home; (5) Sisters: Cathaleen W. Williams, Mary W. (Mayor Terry) Wright, Shirley W. (Don) Bostick, and Deloris W. (Lucius) Smith, all of Brunson, South Carolina; Sadie W. (Paul) Adams, Snider, South Carolina; (2) Devoted Friends: Mark and Charles Deloach, Brunson, South Carolina; (1) Devoted Cousin; Henry Williams, Gifford, South Carolina. A host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, loving cousins and friends.
