Adams, Charles E., Jr., 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles E. Adams, Sr. and Rosalie M. Claiborne Adams. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Christine Smith Adams; bonus children Janai, Ramon, and Damon; bonus grandchildren Dy’Mon, Damarion, Daymon, Ramiya, and Dayveon; six sisters in love, Berlene Allen, Gloria Young (Calvin) of Pioneer, CA , Angie Tipton, Diana Edmonds (Thomas), Gladys West (Reginald), DeLores Carter (Andrew); three brothers in love, William Smith (Nikki), Horace Smith (Pamela), Rickey Smith (Bernice); adoring cousin, Pamela Adams-Lewis (David); and a host of cousins, other relatives, and devoted friends: Deacon Robert (Bobby) Coleman, Dr. Charles Sutton, Mr. Lawrence Charity, and Mr. Jerome (Jay) Morris. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Scott’s Funeral Home, 115 East Brookland Park Boulevard.
