Obituary

Leon Devon Thomas, Jr. (Pooh), was born May 25, 1990, in Valdosta, Georgia. He attended the Brooks County School System. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Alice Hollis. He had an outgoing, creative spirit that radiated through many family members, friends, and loved ones.

Leon passed from this earthly life on April 17, 2021.

He leaves his memories to be cherished by: his parents, Regina Dixon (Robert)and Leon Thomas, Sr. (Denise); three daughters, Royal, Kashmere and Khole; paternal grandmother, Mildred Carter; his siblings, Lanique Daniels (Kavoris), Kenya (Patrina), Danielle, Shamarie, Shayla, Tywia, Tomare, Tionne, Bianca, KaLissa, and Zackery; nieces and nephews, KaLani, Kavoris, Jr., Shamarianna, Amari, KJ, Semaja, Eriel, Erica, and Eric, Jr.; special brother, Kartavius Head; his companion, Jessica Smith; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and lifelong friends.

Graveside services will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 3PM at Simmon Hill M.B. Church Cemetery with Pastor James Huewitt, eulogist.
