Thomas O. Willis, 63, of Chesterfield, departed this life April 24, 2021. Surviving are his wife Peggy P. Willis; children, Derek Willis (Nicole) and Shannon Willis; grandson, Cameron Willis; two sisters, Cynthia and Theresa E. Willis. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where a walk-through viewing will be held Thursday, April 29, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2021 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
