Mr. Elbert Moore Jr. of Ypsilanti, Michigan Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle born on September 10, 1938 in Gadsden, Alabama made his transition on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the age of 82. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 (MASKS ARE REQUIRED) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home 22401 Grand River Ave. ( between Lahser Rd. & Telegraph Rd. ) Detroit, Michigan 48219. A Service will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 For Family. Service will be Livestreaming on Ellis Funeral Home Facebook Page at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Rd. in Holly, Michigan. Flower Delivery hours will be on Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Uncle Benny was like a father to us after the death of our father. We used to call him our rich Uncle because he would give us money everytime he visited. He was always in our lives until his illness. He will be greatly missed. His oldest brother, Elbert's, family. with love and prayers.
