I'm a little upset with myself for not standing up and saying this at Nelda's Service yesterday, I let fear that I wouldn't be able to get through all that I wanted to say get the best of me. I'm Tabitha The wife of Brad Ramseur.. Nelda was like a 2nd mother to Brad, so when he wanted to take me to meet her in the beginning of our relationship I was extremely nervous.. As I knew Brad was seeking Nelda's approval... I had already met Roger.. She certainly sized me up! And to my relief she was pleased with me! I've NEVER in my life met anyone like her. She welcomed me into the family with Wide Open arms, she made such an impact on me that I told my closest family about her. Saying, "Every family NEEDS a Nelda! This couldn't be more true and anyone that knew her knows this to be a fact. Brad's parents had already passed when I met him so when we married I didn't have any "In-laws" At times I felt kinda cheated as I wanted "In-laws".. Well Nella as Brad calls her was a FANTASTIC FILLER! For that matter while Roger aka Nap as Brad called him was living he too was a FANTASTIC FILLER! Nelda was more precious to me than there are words in the English language to describe. And I will forever stand by my saying.. EVERY FAMILY NEEDS a Nelda! Always In My Heart is Where she'll be...Until We Met Again, Tabitha Ramseur

Dearest Family, We are all mourning the loss of Aunt Nelda. She was such a bright and warming person, always so kind and thoughtful. I have the best memories of coming over to visit Aunt Nelda, Uncle Roger and Cousins, Renard, Rodney and Tammy. I know my Mom just adored Aunt Nelda. Perhaps they can once again enjoy each other's company now that they have both left this earth. It's so hard to lose Aunt Nelda, and even harder that we can't all be together to say good-bye. Please know we're with you in spirit - now and in the days and weeks ahead. -The Fox Family
